Cancellation

Of course, it may happen that you unfortunately have to cancel your booking. In that case, we apply the Recron conditions regarding cancellations (see also below).

This means that in the event of cancellation, you will have to pay the following:

For cancellations more than three months before the arrival date, 15% of the agreed price;
For cancellations between three and two months before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed price;
For cancellations between two and one month before the arrival date, 75% of the agreed price;
For cancellations between one month and one day before the arrival date, 90% of the agreed price;
For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the agreed price.

It is possible to take out cancellation insurance through us. This can be done up to 7 days after the reservation date. However, if you have cancellation insurance with your regular travel insurance, you can usually claim the costs incurred from them.

Recron terms and conditions

When you book a stay at our campsite, the Recron terms and conditions apply. Recron is the national trade association. They draw up the general terms and conditions in consultation with the ANWB and the Consumers' Association.
