Welcome to our new website!
Our website has been refreshed, just like our name. From Camping International to Camping De Meulinge. But still with the same great facilities and service. The same campsite, the same family, just with a new look!
Playfarm Pierewiet is our pride. This large playground is located at the edge of the campsite, and many visitors from outside also come here. And that’s not without reason, because it’s a true paradise for children. Outside, you’ll find a pedal car track, a trampoline, various play equipment, a mini golf course, a bouncy castle, and a real lighthouse you can climb all the way up. Our children’s farm with chickens, sheep, goats, and two alpacas is very popular. Is it warm? Don’t forget your swimwear, because then our water playground offers fun and cooling off.
In the months of July & August, as well as Easter, Ascension, and Pentecost, Pierewiet is open every day.
In the low season, Pierewiet is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. On these days, campsite guests can still use the play facilities such as the children’s farm, pedal car track, playground, etc. (water playground from 20 degrees), but the indoor playground, snack bar, and pancake restaurant are closed.

“The most fun children’s farm in Zeeuws Vlaanderen!”
Play Farm Pierewiet features a large outdoor playground with a go-kart track (popular with young children and… well, dads too), a bouncy castle, various play structures, a zip line, a trampoline, and a real lighthouse you can climb to the top. The playground is set in an old pear orchard. When the pear trees are green (and in bloom during spring), it looks extra charming!

Well… that happens sometimes in the Netherlands. There can be a shower. No problem! Playfarm Pierewiet has plenty of facilities for bad weather. Your kids can continue playing in the 7-meter-high indoor climbing tower.
The indoor playground offers fun challenges for children up to around 10 years old to find their way. On the way down, they slide the last part of the slide.

On warm days, our water playground at the farm-themed area guarantees cooling off and lots of water fun. Kids can shoot with a water gun, slide off the tractor, or wait in anticipation until the bucket fills with water and… tips over at just the right moment!

At Camping De Meulinge, we offer something you won’t find at any other campsite: a technical workshop loft.
It is truly special and great fun to take part in. Here, you can for example use a fret saw, cut foam with a hot wire and make a metal name tag like the ones soldiers wear.
Unlike the creative activities that are part of the animation programme, a small contribution is required for the technical workshop loft to cover the cost of a creative kit. This is because the materials are expensive to purchase.
Tech attic
Mini golf is a fun and active activity that the whole family can enjoy. Even grandparents can show off their skills.
At Camping De Meulinge, Play Farm Pierewiet features an 18-hole farm-themed mini golf course. A small fee is requested for playing mini golf.

During reception opening hours, you can pet the animals at the children’s farm together with your kids. We have chickens, guinea pigs, goats, a sheep, a pot-bellied pig, and two alpacas. Only the pig’s enclosure and the indoor area for the guinea pigs are off-limits. Otherwise, you can wander among the animals until 5:00 PM.
Please do not feed them bread. Raw vegetables like broccoli stems, potato peels, and carrots are fine. They love that!

While the kids are happily playing, you can relax and enjoy a snack and a drink. We got this.
On the terrace, you can enjoy a café latte, a craft beer, or a small platter. If the kids get hungry afterward, you can order something from the snack bar or from the extensive pancake menu. Then they can keep playing a little longer while you soak up the evening sun.
